Council Member Biography

Rajan D Gupta is a Partner at FoxMandal Little. He is a Lawyer as well as a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 11 years’ post qualification professional experience in the field of corporate & commercial laws and taxation. Prior to joining FoxMandal Little, Rajan worked extensively in the field of taxation in a Big 4 consulting firm and a well known law firm specializing in taxation.

Rajan’s main areas of current practice are (i) Mergers and Acquisitions, (ii) Corporate & Tax Restructuring (iii) Corporate & Regulatory Advisory and (iv) Indirect Taxes. Rajan currently handles corporate law matters including, M&A, foreign collaborations, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, acquisition of business/ transfer of undertakings, Corporate Restructuring etc.

In addition to above, Rajan’s areas of specialist knowledge also include, direct and indirect taxes, free trade/ economic cooperation agreements, anti-dumping duty and foreign trade policy. (This is me - Update Profile)
