Ramnendra Mandloi is a Partner at Gen Next Business Consultants, where he worked since October 2008.He is also a Director at Breakthrough Solutions, India which he founded in 2006.Breakthrough Solutions is a consultancy organization which is mainly into operational excellence. His consultancy focuses on industry verticals such as automotive and component manufacturer, engineering, construction equipments, chemical and service. The key service offerings are business strategy and growth, performance excellence and monitoring, corporate training.
