Randall A. Fine is Managing Director of The Fine Point Group (FPG), the gaming industry’s largest, full-service management company and consulting firm. Based in Las Vegas, the firm serves gaming clients who generate more than $5 billion in annual gross gaming revenue. At FPG, Mr. Fine is focused on the overall management of casino properties and improvement of operations. He has worked in virtually every gaming jurisdiction worldwide from Las Vegas to Atlantic City, and every region of the US, Europe, and Asia. As part of FPG’s management contract, Mr. Fine was, from January 2011 to March 2011 the Chief Executive Officer of Buffalo Thunder and from January 2009 to December 2009, CEO of the $320M Greektown Casino in Detroit. Mr. Fine is also on the Board of Directors at Tangam Gaming where he has been since February 2008. Mr. Fine is known as an innovator and early adopter of new technologies and marketing strategies. His experience ranges from server-based gaming and loyalty programs to mobile gaming. As a senior executive at Harrah's Entertainment, he developed and launched what is known today as Total Rewards, a landmark customer relations and incentive program.
