Council Member Biography

Richard Jennings is the President of Realty Capital International LLC. He is Lead Director of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc and a Director of National Retail Properties, Inc. and a Director of Cogdell Spencer, Inc. Mr. Jennings has raised over $9 billion of equity and debt for REITs, real estate developers, acquirers, and owners in his own company since 1993. He was an MD of Drexel Burnham and Head of REIT investment banking and Mortgage Finance at Goldman Sachs for 18 years. Mr. Jennings graduated from Yale College with a BA in Economics Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). (This is me - Update Profile)
