Terry Blaney is Principal of RTB Holdings Inc., a consulting firm providing services in the oil and gas industry. Previously, Mr. Blaney was Director of Downstream Business at Shell China Limited. His downstream business career was developed with Royal Dutch Shell plc, and his experience covers the entire spectrum of downstream operations from supply and refining, wholesale and commercial sales and through to end consumers, including business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C). Mr. Blaney has worked in Canada, as well as the US and Asia. He held executive positions in the downstream business at Shell Canada as Vice President Marketing and at Shell Oil Company as Chief Executive Officer of Shell Odessa Refining Company. Mr. Blaney has worked extensively in the areas of strategy development and execution, network and operations and has engaged with external consultants and local governments.
