Council Member Biography

Robert Koppel, MD, is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is in private practice in Metairie, Louisiana. Dr. Koppel serves as a contributing editor for the journal Dermatologic Surgery as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Tulane University School of Medicine. He is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and his practice encompasses all aspects of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Koppel's expertise focuses on treatments for the aging face, utilizing an array of injectable products, topical medications, and cutaneous laser therapy. He lectures extensively and has been invited to join the Speakers' Bureaus for Allergan, Novartis, Dermik, Ortho-Neutrogena, Abbott, Astellas, 3M, and GlaxoSmithKline. (This is me - Update Profile)
