Robert C. Nagle is a Partner in the Labor, Employment, and Employee Benefits Practice Group at Saul Ewing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Nagle represents and advises employers on labor and employment law, including unfair labor practice and representational proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), employment discrimination litigation in state and federal courts and at the EEOC and PHRC, wage and hour disputes, and other matters. He has lectured and written extensively on various employment law topics, including Lorman seminars and "Terminating the Union Relationship," published in U.S. Industry Today. Mr. Nagle has been designated as "Chapter Counsel" for labor and employment issues for the HR Council of the Delaware League of Credit Unions. Prior to joining Saul Ewing, he was an associate with Harvey, Pennington, Cabot, Griffith & Renneisen, Ltd. where he concentrated his practice on labor and employment law. Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Nagle was a legislative assistant for the National Rifle Association where he tracked and analyzed pending legislation in all 50 states and wrote state legislative alerts and updates for grassroots mailings and NRA monthly magazines.
