Mr. Roger Vernon

Council Member Biography

Roger Vernon is the Founder of Vernon Associates; a firm providing consulting services in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Vernon has more than 33 years of experience in managing offshore drilling operations. He specializes in sub sea exploration and production projects in the North Sea and has extensive experience of evaluating and commissioning offshore drilling rigs. Mr. Vernon has provided consultancy services to several E&P companies, including Canadian Natural Resources, Kerr-McGee, Shell UK, BHPP, Mobil North Sea, and Enterprise Oil. He holds an MS in Drilling Engineering, a Chartered Engineer, and a member of both the Society of Petroleum Engineers and Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. (This is me - Update Profile)
