Russell Lundholm, PhD, is Andersen Professor of Accounting and former Department Chair at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He has taught at the University of Michigan since 1993 and at Stanford University from 1987-1993. Dr. Lundholm's expertise lies at the intersection of financial statement analysis and equity valuation. He teaches MBA and PhD classes in valuation and analysis, as well as an executive education seminar to senior investor relations professionals. His book titled Equity Valuation and Analysis, is used at many graduate schools around the country. Dr. Lundholm’s research is published in BusinessWeek, Journal of Accounting Research, The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Review, Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Political Economy, and Econometrica.
