Sanath Ramakrishna heads the South India Tax and Regulatory Services Practise of Grant Thornton India with specialisation in International Tax. Based out of Bangalore, he covers the offices at Chennai & Hyderabad with Kolkata being a recent addition. Mr. Ramakrishna is a crucial member responsible for Advisory Services specialising in outbound structuring for Indian Companies with Global Ambitions. Some of his initiatives include Intellectual Property Management, Holding Company structuring for Overseas Listing, Head Quarter Programme, Global Profit Alignment, and Supply Chain Transformation. He has more than fourteen years of experience in both industry and consulting in varied fields of corporate tax and regulatory matters.
