He assists clients in the areas of strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, funding, contract negotiations, product selection and market assessment. Mr. Kimsey was previously a Director of Sales/Client Service at Global Payments (2002-2004) and was involved in business development, sales, and account management as it relates to the electronic payments industry. He is particularly expert in the merchant acquiring side of the payment processing industry and has been involved in this sector since 1988 from operations to sales to consultant.
