Mr. Som Mandal is the Managing Partner of Fox Mandal Little. His focus is mainly in M&A, corporate law and project finance. Mr. Mandal is rated by Legal 500 as a Leading Individual Lawyer for Corporate and M&A. The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers has accredited him for the Mergers & Acquisitions sector in India. He was also nominated by Asia Law & Practice, a publication from Hong Kong, as a leading lawyer in Asia in the field of Merger & Acquisition.
