Sonya Bolch Angelone, MS, RD, CLC, is Owner of her private nutrition consultation practice in San Francisco and Marin counties where she provides individual consultations, conducts group programs, and leads corporate workshops. She completed her research study on the nutritional effects of a low-fat, low-cholesterol diet at the Stanford Heart Disease Prevention Program in 1987. She is a certified lifestyle counselor and her accounts encompass various organizations from food to biotechnology companies. Ms. Angelone chaired the nutrition committee of the American Heart Association (San Francisco division) for 10 years. (This is me - Update Profile)
