He has more than twenty years experience in Audit, Tax, Secretarial and Financial Services. His work experience covers companies as Real Estate, Auto, Pharma, ITES, IT, Engineering products etc, where he has provided services related to Due Diligence, Valuation, Business Plan review, Negotiation Support and Investigation. Previously, he has worked for over ten years with a large international accounting firm and was leading there Transaction Support practice in the Tamil Nadu region. He has worked with large global fortune 500 clients and Indian multinationals. He is a regular speaker on various forums on matters relating to mergers & acquisitions and due diligence.
