Council Member Biography

Stan Gutshall has recently opened his own homebuilding company, Hawthorne Creek Homes in Southern Missouri. Mr. Gutshall has experience in every facet of the homebuilding industry. He was previously the President of Kimball Hill Homes, Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Gutshall managed all the community development for the Southwest region. He was responsible for feasibility, acquisition, entitlements, and on and offsite development. Mr. Gutshall was the Vice President of Operations at Del Webb where he managed the design, purchasing, construction, and customer service of the homebuilding operations. He was also the Director of Construction at Ryder Homes and managed the development, construction, purchasing and customer service for all operations in Northern California and Nevada. Mr. Gutshall has also served as a Senior Project Manager at General Homes. He has managed multiple projects in Houston, TX and Phoenix, AZ. (This is me - Update Profile)
