Mr. Stanley Fortgang

Council Member Biography

Stanley Fortgang is the Founder and Managing Partner of Etzion Consulting Group, a consulting and legal expert firm specializing in fixed-income. Mr. Fortgang’s over 25 years of experience at First Boston, Goldman, Morgan Stanley and Jefferies provide him with an insider's perspective on the financial services industry. In his career, he participated in the development of numerous innovations including derivatives and structured products. Mr. Fortgang was actively involved in the syndication and marketing processes, and interacted regularly with major institutional clients. His experience in these numerous asset classes provide him with a wide breadth of knowledge about the industry. Currently, in his consulting role Mr. Fortgang assists clients looking to gain a better understanding of the operational, structural and performance aspects of fixed income businesses.
