Council Member Biography

Stephanie Machoi is the Head of the Back Office at taskforce, a Germany based interim and project management company. Since October 2010, she has also been serving as Member of the management at taskforce. Ms Machoi is responsible for coordinating the project inquiries and the assignment of projects to particular Partners. Furthermore she is responsible for the recruiting of new Partners and the evaluation of existing Partners. Ms. Machoi handles the internal communication as well as the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns. Also she is supporting the sales activities of taskforce, manages the back office team and is responsible for the company controlling. Previously she was an Assistant at Rickert & Fulghum Personalberatung, Back Office Manager at Alobo Afro European Media, Editor at African Perspective and Marketing Assistant at Linde Gas.
