Stephen Fugale is Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Villanova University. Mr. Fugale is experienced in the information technology sector. He specializes in the development and implementation of web based, custom, and vendor based solutions. He is knowledgeable about software engineering, applications development, systems integration, and infrastructure management. He reports to the university President, serves as Chairperson of the University Strategy Committee, and is responsible for the data, telecommunications, and cable networks; campus card operations; enterprise and web applications; architecture, infrastructure, and operations; technology support services; media technologies; and the Center for Instructional Technologies, including university technology strategy and governance. He serves on the Chief Information Officer Advisory Board for the Villanova School of Business, Dell Platinum Advisory Council. He is also a Senior Consultant with Acentio.
