Council Member Biography

Steven Dipper is Managing Partner at NSR Associates, a firm specialising in consultancy work with the timber, furniture and bedding industries in UK and Western Europe. Mr Dipper is responsible for developing the client base and advising clients on best use of timber in a variety of applications. He has a large network of contacts in UK, Europe, Russia and North America. He has worked closely with some of the leading European furniture and bed manufacturing businesses, many sawmills and wood-based product suppliers in Europe and North America. Previously, he served as the Western Europe region Sales Manager for the Forest Products Division at Leggett & Platt. Mr. Dipper has over 30 years of experience in the wood products and furniture industry including bedding & furniture manufacturing, production flow management & sawmill processes management. He also has experience with engineered wood products including ply, OSB, OSL, laminated boards & beams, flooring (solid, engineered & laminated), softwood & hardwood. (This is me - Update Profile)
