Steven Nicholas is a Principal and Executive Vice President of Operations at Noble Investment Group, a Southeastern-based hotel ownership and management company, where he has worked since 1997. Mr. Nicholas has more than 20 years of hospitality experience and specializes in Hilton, Marriott, Starwood and InterContinental Hotel Group brands. He is knowledgeable in all phases of hotel operations from concept, to pre-opening, opening, budgetary process, revenue planning, execution and long term financial planning. Noble Investment Group operates over 35 hotel properties across the US, under the Marriott, InterContinental, Starwood, Hilton and independent brands. The company also operates several convention centers and golf resorts in the South.
