Dr. Tammy Crowe

Council Member Biography

Tammy Crowe, PhD, is currently Managing Principal at StratiTek, a food and nutrition technology firm that works with a range of food, beverage and nutraceutical product manufacturers, MLM, and ingredient companies. Dr. Crowe previously led the Global Strategic Ingredients Group at Campbell Soup Company from 2002-2007. At Campbell Soup Company, Dr. Crowe was responsible for identification, investigation, and development of innovative technologies and ingredients which can be leveraged to provide growth and cost-saving opportunities. Previously, she has served as Research Scientist for Kraft Foods, from 2001-2002. Specific areas of consultation expertise includes functional food ingredients and nutraceuticals, food ingredient systems and technology, food product development, processing and manufacturing, flavor technology, TFA-alternatives, hydrocolloids and sweeteners.
