Mr. Thomas Fagan

Council Member Biography

Thomas L. Fagan founded TLF Associates in the late 1980's to provide Professional and Technical Consulting Services to DOD and other Federal Agencies. Since 2002 he has been involved in a DOD Tri-service Center Of Excellence for Network Centric Warfare which includes an Incubator for new start-up companies wanting to do business with DOD. Mr. Fagan has mentored and worked for a number of these Incubator Companies as Executive Vice President including CHI Systems (Mission Planning Software/Intelligence Analysis Software/Simulation and Training/ Game Based Training); Stellar Services (Program Management Software); Robbins-Gioia (Program Management/DOD Acquisition/Logistics Support); Channel Logistics (Rules Based Expert Systems/Port Security); Gestalt (Interoperability/Middleware), and Secureant (Secure Communications). He was a Professional Staff Member on the US Senate Armed Services Committee. Mr. Fagan has more than 40 years of experience in the Defense and Aerospace Industry. He also has broad experience in classified military space, hardware, software, information systems, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence, Surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) operations and Port Security. Prior, Mr. Fagan was a Vice President at General Electric, Gould Defense, ManTech International, and ITT Defense. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of California. (This is me - Update Profile)
