Tim Sullivan is a Principal at John Burns Real Estate Consulting, LLC, in San Diego, CA. Prior to his current role, Tim served as the President of Sullivan Group Real Estate Advisors, a leading real estate consulting firm with two offices in California that is an authority on analyzing markets and real estate developments across the United States. His clients include the largest financial institutions, investment banks, and homebuilders in the country. Previously, Mr. Sullivan was the Principal of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, a real estate consulting firm in California and was a Senior Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick's National Real Estate Consulting Group where he led teams that analyzed distressed real estate portfolios.
