Uwe Brüggemann is a Partner at taskforce, a Germany based interim and project management company. Mr. Brüggemann gained more than 16 years of international management experience and possesses a broad, tried and tested methodical know-how. He specializes in the effective set-up and restructuring of organizations. Mr. Brüggemann is an expert for marketing strategy, marketing processes, product management and sales in the B2B field and has proven capability to proactively engage change management processes, readjust business segmentation, improve sales force focus as well as optimize product portfolios. He has successfully worked for companies in the field of security software, automotive supplies, gear motor manufacturing, engineering manufacturing, drive technology and internet telephony. Previously Mr. Brüggemann held senior marketing positions at KRONE (today ADC KRONE) including strategic marketing and product management responsibilities for the fiber glass business unit in the EMEA region as well as world wide.
