Ms. Vera Tanner

Council Member Biography

Vera Tanner is Principal and Executive Consultant at VNT Consulting. Ms. Tanner's main line of work for the past 14 years has been in economic development through technology insertion and consulting with companies doing business with the DoD and federal government in general. She is an experienced negotiator who is used to taking charge of both programmatic and contractual issues for programs up to $1 billion. Ms. Tanner has held executive level positions for the past 15 years in contract management and finance. Her recent activities include an appointment to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Technology Application (TA) Review Board, where she brings experience in technology transfer and commercialization.
