Dr. Victoria Chazin PhD

Council Member Biography

Victoria Chazin, PhD, is a Clinical Expert at Ground Zero Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Irvine, CA. Dr. Chazin is also an Independent Clinical and Regulatory Consultant. She has more than 12 years’ experience in drug and biologics development and clinical research with specific expertise in oncology, vaccines, dermatology, and immunotherapy. Other indications that she has worked on include, CNS disorders, endocrinology, diabetes, medical devices, and diagnostics. Dr Chazin's experience as a clinical development scientist includes active participation in the strategic development and execution of comprehensive drug development programs, ranging from due diligence reports, through pre-IND and IND submissions, clinical trial design and management, as well as business development. Dr. Chazin has served as project leader of numerous teams guiding investigational new drugs and established drugs through the regulatory and clinical process. Recently, Dr. Chazin has developed several Phase 4 marketing programs. In addition to her doctorate in medical microbiology and immunology, she has a bachelor’s of science degree in genetics. Dr. Chazin has experience growing small offices into successful independent organizations, and securing significant new business opportunities.
