Council Member Biography

Vikram Singh, MBA, was the Director in the Health and Productivity Practice at Buck Consultants. His expertise is in the financial and business aspects of pharmacy benefit management. Mr. Singh provides strategic advice in the areas of pharmacy benefit and health care finance, and on mergers and acquisitions strategy. He has testified before state boards and advised some of the largest corporations and governmental institutions in structuring their pharmacy benefit plans. Mr. Singh has been the Director of Planning and Analysis at a large Pharmacy Benefit Manager, responsible for sales and client related strategy. He has also worked for two major PBMs and as a consultant to the industry. Prior to that, Mr. Singh worked in the financial services industry for companies such as American Express, Citigroup, and Salomon Brothers. (This is me - Update Profile)
