Will Spiess is a Senior Analyst at Greenfield Advisors in Seattle, where he has worked since 2002. Mr. Spiess provides leadership on some of the nation’s most complex real estate litigation and analysis projects. Notably, Mr. Spiess coordinated the analysis of the Farnsworth House for the Friends of the Chicago Art Museum as well as the Murphy Oil Spill analysis for homeowners in post-Katrina New Orleans. Mr. Spiess is the co-author of “Valuation of Impaired Property” which appears in When Bad Things Happen to Good Property and several other important papers on complex real estate issues. He holds an MBA from the University of Washington, and did his graduate work in Washington’s Runstad Center for Real Estate. (This is me - Update Profile)
