William Baron, PhD, was until 2007, the Chief Executive Officer and President of Seraphim Energy, an upstream oil and gas company. Dr. Baron was responsible for company direction, negotiating and developing business in Former Soviet Union, the Middle East and Europe. He is an expert in international law and business development with particular emphasis on the oil and gas industry and green energy. Dr. Baron also has business experience in construction, agriculture, rural, and infrastructure industries in the Former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
