Yevgeny Voevodin is a Partner at Capital Legal Services International, L.L.C., a Florida incorporated full-service professional law firm with offices in St. Petersburg and Moscow. Before Mr. Voevodin joined Capital Legal Services with his competition team in July 2010 he had worked in 2005-2010 as a local partner for CMS International B.V. and CMS Cameron McKenna LLP in Moscow. Earlier Yevgeny spent seven years with international US based law Coudert Brothers LLP. Mr. Voevodin specializes in Russian antitrust and competition matters including merger control (mostly of high complexity), competition litigation, anti-monopoly and penalty proceedings, competition law compliance, dawn raids, state aid, public procurement and regulatory issues arising from the Russian strategic law.
