The Right Way, a full service healthcare consulting organization which assists hospitals and medical groups identify and secure additional revenue sources. Our mission is to improve health care by building value for health care providers. We represent doctors and hospitals during their negotiations with health plans. In these negotiations, we work to strike a better balance between the value-added and the value-received by doctors and hospitals. We also identify supplemental contracting opportunities to enhance provider revenue and then develop and implement strategies to capture those opportunities. To effectively represent our clients, we evaluate the market dynamics in the relevant health care community, including the competitive landscape and the patient base served by the contracting medical group or hospital. Because provider/health plan contractual relationships are so heavily regulated, our understanding of the regulators’ perspective and concerns can make an important difference to our success on behalf of our clients.
