Nearly two-thirds of apartment landlords have had their tenants ask to have their rents reduced, and half of them granted the request. Wireless carriers are the best tenants building owners have. They pay much higher per square foot rates, always pay on time, and clean up after themselves. Yet some remain mysteriously reluctant to ask for a rent reduction.
