The recent signing of AB2514 institutionalizes the process where utilities have to incorporate energy storage as they do with generation, transmission and distribution. Doris Leblond of Oil & Gas Journal recently reported that the Fos Cavaou LNG terminal on the Mediterranean coast is now allowed to operate at the full design capacity of 0.80 bcfd. The Terminal is operated by GDF Suez, being partner with 71.99% and Total with 28.10%.
