Good article - the ugly truth about digital movies on the web is that no stand alone digital video content service makes money today, not CinemaNow (Sonic Nasdaq SNIC), Amazon, Vudu, or BlockBuster. The business model is missing, the revenue share small and the demand absent.Many have tried and failed including: Intertainer, MovieLink, Akimbo, Moviebeam - even CinemaNow was sold because it could not make money. The digital movie business model is broken....

We may never know the full details of the problems really were in the iPhone 3G that caused problems with MMS. ATT is 'happy' with the new update. Consumers still have many problems and now lawsuits are flying. The issue goes much deeper than the iPhone or a particular software load. AT&T's network, along with its competitor's networks, are not ready for the new services paradigm. Even the vaunted LTE/4G network evolution will not eliminate the causes.
