Overall, a smartphone can do a lot for its user, no matter what level he is at, a growth engine operators are looking for.

The telecom equipment maker recently revealed its goal for 2010: sales to reach $15 billion (RMB105 billion), which looks like a tough call on the basis of midyear performance and increasing challenge at home and abroad.
