There will be many challenges and issues to deal with the rollout of 4G. One of those will be the question of what is the best strategy for base station optimization, antenna planning, and other specific macro cellular RF issues. Other issues that will arise will include RF offload onto WiFi. There will also be issues around Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE) management.
