Service Bureau’s such as NeuStar, TNS, Syniverse, and will compete for upcoming LNP contract. There is a potential for database (DB) consolidation including many currently disparate DB and directories. At the same time, Google offering portability can cause problems for the traditional network operators as call processing migrates to the cloud.
