Recently, I argued that Greece would not default and that EU creditors would opt to avoid contagion and act rationally by agreeing to more EU-IMF funds to bail out their own banks as their Greek bonds expire. Expect sagas to be repeated as the rumored voluntary rollover is of no significance in resolving the problem. But then, what will it take to see a Greek default?
