Arrow Trucking --follow ups thoughts on its real troubles

I wrote my analysis in January commenting on a company that did violated a Federal law of plant closure and the obligation of its Directors and Officers to exercise prudence in care and loyalty ot the various stakeholder,but as the regulators state now, this is a Chapter 7 filing without a precedent where the company assets and Liabilities are unknown, & no officers appeared in court or offered any explanation and where the secured lenders were defrauded..its sounds more than chapter 7.

Power generation in Bangladesh is primarily from natural gas but not from coal due to enriched natural gas reserves in the eastern part of the nation. Coal deposits seem to be poor, and coal-fired plants must be relied on imported coal. From both technical and economical perspectives, to accelerate exploration and development of gas reserves in both onshore and offshore basins sounds more reasonable. Gas-fired power plants need gas for powering.

There are two main drivers of last week's temporary record: the value of the US dollar, which makes every commodity more expensive and the ever increasing US consumption of gasoline and distillates. The guzzlers on US roads are increasing, and powering vehicles with natural gas is not pursued vigorously enough. The "Peak Oil Theory" is no longer a theory and finding oil will continue to be more and more difficult and expensive.

Goldman Sachs raised their refining view to neutral from cautious on a better demand outlook. Goldman analysts said in a note to clients: "We increasingly believe we are moving through the trough of the refining cycle."This position is very difficult to understand in view of the current glut of crude and of gasoline and refined products announced by the EIA.
